Peterborough United manager Graham Westley is looking forward to ‘bonding’ with the club’s fans this week (Thursday, November 12).

Westley and Posh chairman Darragh MacAnthony will attend a fans’ forum organised by the Peterborough Independent Supporters Association (PISA2000) at Ebeneezers Social Club, Grove Street, Woodston.

Westley has been pleased with the welcome he has received from Posh fans since taking charge in September.

Westley said: “I always enjoy these occasions.

“You can guarantee someone there will love you and someone there will hate you.

“There will also be someone who says something hilarious so I usually find them good fun, but it’s also important that we take the opportuity to bond and unite.

“When the fans and the club are together as one you can have a lot of success together.

“The fans have been with the team in the last couple of months, They’ve responded to the entertainment we’re trying to give them.”

The forum is due to start at 7.30pm. Doors open at 6.30pm. It’s free for PISA members and £1 entry for non-members.

All proceeds from the night will go towards the Chris Turner statue fund.
