MATCH REACTION: Forrester frustrated at more dropped points
Marcus Maddison’s spectacular strike 11 minutes after Walsall had taken a 16th-minute lead earned Posh a point, but it’s three draws in a row at home for a Posh team who have slipped to 10th ahead of Tuesday’s (September 27) trip to struggling Shrewsburu.
Forrester said: “There was a massive amount of frustration in our dressing room after the game. We had enough chances in the second-half to win two matches.

“Things aren’t going for us in front of goal, but we just have to keep going and make sure the penny drops and we start taking our chances. At least we are getting into scoring positions.
“We also suffered from a slow start again, but we recovered well enough to deserve a victory.
“The three points were there for the taking, but we didn’t take them so we need to make sure we get a win on Tuesday night as we don’t want to fall too far behind.
“Draws at home are not doing us any good.”
Posh have not won for four matches and yet remain just six points off top spot.
