Kgosi for Manchester United?

Reports say that Manchester United are watching Kgosi Ntlhe (left)

The Sun newspaper has reported today (September 10) that Manchester United are tracking Peterborough United left-back Kgosi Ntlhe.

The 18 year-old’s form has been a rare highlight in a poor Posh start to the season. He was called up to the South African international squad for a full international friendly in Brazil last week.

No-one at London Road has commented on United’s interest in Ntlhe, but Posh Director of Football Barry Fry is quoted in today’s report.

He said: “Kgosi will be the next big one to go from here.”

Darren Ferguson admits he has been impressed with the form of Mark Little, but the Posh manager has resisted the temptation to take the right-back off the transfer list.

Little has started the last two Posh matches. Ferguson took midfielder Grant McCann off the transfer list earlier this month.

Ferguson said: “Mark has shown us that he wants to be at the club. His situation with the transfer list hasn’t changed, but he has been fantastic in the last two matches.”
