Wisbech Town will hold a minute’s apprecation to remember a former manager and director ahead of their Thurlow Nunn Premier Division clash against CRC tomorrow (October 27).
Terry Back, who spent 10 months as boss of the Fenmen in 2001, died at the age of 45 after being involved in a road accident earlier this week.
Back ensured Wisbech dodged relegation from the Southern League during his reign and also led the club to a Cambs Invitation Cup final appearance.
He returned to the club in 2008 as a director but departed after only 24 hours in the post.
He was also involved in football at Aylesbury United, Arlesey Town and Waltham Forest.
Wisbech have been handed a home draw against Thetford in the last 16 of the Red Insure Challenge Cup.
