Two injury-time goals denied title-chasing Holbeach a win in the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division last night (October 28).

They led 2-0 after 90 minutes at Sleaford but two late goals earned the home side an unlikely point.

A 30-yard free-kick from Andy Tidswell which went in off the crossbar had Holbeach ahead on the half-hour mark.

With a quarter-of-an-hour remaining the Tigers had Josh Ford sent off for a second yellow.

A fine run and finish from Jake Clitheroe doubled the lead for the 10 men on 76 minutes but three minutes into time added on Luke Hollingworth scored for Sleaford and then Ryan Oliver salvaged a point two minutes later.

Holbeach move up to third in the table.

Deeping won 3-0 against Huntingdon at Jubilee Park through goals by Scott Coupland, Dan Flack and Jezz Goldson-Williams.
