Holbeach United moved up to fourth in the United Counties League Premier Division table last night (April 7) when cruising to a 5-1 win at bottom-of-the-table Huntingdon.

Josh Ford scored a hat-trick for Holbeach.

Josh Ford gave the Tigers a 24th minute lead and doubled it five minutes before the break from an Aaron Eyett delivery.

Jack Smith’s goal four minutes into the second half wrapped up the points for the visitors and Ford took his season’s goal tally to 23 with his hat-trick goal three minutes before the hour.

Giuliano Staffieri scored a Huntingdon consolation after 65 minutes.

Holbeach had the last word with a goal from assistant manager Andy Tidswell after 72 minutes.
