Cambridgeshire will be looking for a massive improvement in their next BDO Inter-Counties League Premier Division match after a thrashing by Lincolnshire in the first game of the season at the weekend.

Cambs were soundly beaten 29-10 with their two men’s teams faring particularly poorly. The B team were hammered 10-2 and the A team, minus top players Martin Adams and Dennis Harbour, were crushed 9-3.

Cambs’ next game is at home to Lancashire on October 3 and 4.
