SWANNY'S WORLD OF SPORT: It's almost like they have something to hide, a waste of time in the Caribbean and pointless sackings

Nothing is left to chance we are told. Apparently they even tested the possibility of getting a rise out of Viagra. They’re only sloppy when it comes to storing medical data properly. You know the stuff that could make all the suspicious stories disappear.

It now appears that the team behind Mo Farah have the same problem.

Mo’s claim to be a clean athlete must be accepted, but a close association with coach Alberto Salazar is doing him no favours.

Farah must be furious that a 2014 infusion of a controversial supplement wasn’t properly recorded. It’s almost as if these medical experts are trying to hide stuff.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

England’s one-day international trip to the Caribbean was a complete and utter waste of time. They played on pitches which won’t bear any relation to those they will find in the Champions Trophy in England this summer against opponents now so useless they haven’t even qualified for the big event. Still the likes of Joe Root, Alex Hales, and Eoin Morgan managed to boost their averages and unemployed players like Tom Curran managed to top up their tans at a lovely venue.
