RAMSEY'S Charlotte Edwards missed England's first one-day international against Australia at Chelmsford yesterday because of a stomach bug.

RAMSEY'S Charlotte Edwards missed England's first one-day international against Australia at Chelmsford yesterday because of a stomach bug.But the absence of their captain didn't hinder England who romped to a nine-wicket success after dismissing the Aussies for just 133.

Edwards was expected to return to the side for the second match in a five-match series, again at Chelmsford, today.
