Wisbech best ground in the Rutland League

Wisbech didn’t actually win anything on the pitch in the Rutland League this year but they still picked up a prestigious award at the league’s annual presentation dinner at Peterborough Milton Golf Club.

They were awarded the prize for best ground in Division One. Oakham were judged to have the best ground in Division two in 2015.

The trophies were presented by guest of honour Graeme Thomson, an ex-first-class cricketer from New Zealand.
