Watkins' latest haul included her 150th goal for the club during a 16-0 drubbing of March Ladies which kept their title bid on course. Amelia Webster (3), Fiona Howe (2), Harriet Ford (2), Joyce Worth and Dani Croucher also joined the party.

Diamonds manager Richard Evans said: "We had six players get among the goals which goes to show we can cause problems from all over the pitch.

"Our sights are firmly set for the top and we continue to entertain with really attractive football."

PETERBOROUGH Azure suffered a 7-0 East Midlands Premier Division defeat at Rolls Royce Ladies.

Azure could only field a bare 11 players and individual mistakes contributed to his side being 5-0 down by the break.

Manager Steve Jason claims his side were on the receiving end of some 'strange' refereeing decisions.

Azure need to collect four points from their remaining three games to be assured of safety.
