Deeping St James AC made the trip out to Buttonhole Lake near Wisbech at the weekend to fish for the Doxham Rose Bowl.
Star man was Alan Jopling, who won his second trophy of the season.
After a slow start fishing peg 13, he eventually found fish tight across on a small Method feeder, alternating between luncheon meat, sweetcorn and hair rigged pellet, to finish on 59lb 9oz.
Second on peg eight was Ray Torrington.
He had a good first half to the match on the feeder for carp, but then switched to a lighter line approach for the silvers to give him a total off 58lb 13oz.
Third with 53lb 14oz from peg 14 was Kevin Crompton.
Sunday saw Ramsey & District Angling Society on the Magpie Pool at Rookery Waters.
Browning Hotrods star Tim Nash took the honours with 122lb 10oz from fancied peg 24 where he fished corn and meat under the tree down the edge.
Runner-up was Josh Pace, the in-form angler also drawing well as he fished long to the empty peg next to his taking some big carp for a level 98lb.
Pete Holland came in third fishing shallow with pellet for 85lb 12oz, followed by Andrew Rayment with 85lb 10oz.
