Ardent Posh fan Jess Weaver spoke to Posh goalkeeper Joe Lewis about his daily habits.Training day

-----------------------

8.15am: Get up.

9am: Go to the club, get changed and have breakfast. I normally have a couple of slices of jam on toast and some protein tablets to help repair my muscles.

9.30am: Core training and stretching.

10am: Travel to Woodlands, Castor for training.

10.30am: Start training. The goalkeepers do a warm up followed by some light handling work and then work on a specific area such as crossing or kicking. We then join up with the rest of the squad and do either a small or full game looking at shape. At the end of every session the players always do shooting practice. After this we either complete the goalkeeping session or finish off with the lads.

12.30pm: Lunch at the club. It used to be boiled chicken, rice or jacket potato and beans every day, but we get more variety now and have shepherds pie, curry or gammon as well.

1.30pm: A group of us do weights. I normally go with Craig Morgan, Craig Mackail-Smith and Dean Keates.

2.30pm: Return home and have a 1-2 hour sleep.

4.30pm: Ring one of the other players and meet up round someone's house and have dinner together. We normally stay until about 9.30pm either watching a film or playing on an X Box.

9.30pm: Get home and watch some TV.

10.30pm: Bedtime.

Match day

---------------------

10-10.30am: Get up, showered and have a light breakfast.

11am: Go over to the club.

11.30am: Pre-match meal. Normally pasta or potatoes with boiled chicken.

Noon: Go home for a bit, normally with a few of the other players.

1pm: Return to the ground and read the programme.

1.45pm: Team talk from the manager. We're told who we're marking at set pieces etc.

2.10pm: Go outside and start a light warm-up. We have a chat and get used to the surroundings.

2.20pm: Start a proper warm-up.

2.45pm: Go back inside and get ready. I have no pre-match superstitions.

Post-match: Ice bath for between 5-7 mins. Get showered and dressed and head upstairs to the players' lounge to see family and friends. My dad comes to most of the home games and 80 per cent of the away ones.

6pm: Go back to the house. I'll either go home to Norwich, stay in and get a takeaway or go out if we've won and there is not a game for a while!
