DEAN Jimson picked the perfect way to break his Leverington goalscoring duck.
The former Outwell frontman bagged a hat-trick as Wayne Garner's men avoided slipping on a Fenland banana skin to book their place in the PFA Senior Cup quarter-finals with a 4-2 extra-time win at Division One high-flyers Guyhirn.

Garner said: "It was a great way for Dean to get going and hopefully his hat-trick will be the start of some regular scoring.

"We are delighted to come through a game that was an accident waiting to happen on paper given our indifferent form and the way Guyhirn have been going."

Jimson broke the deadlock but the home side levelled to send the tie into an additional half-an-hour. Once there Wayne Wallis restored the Leverington advantage before Jimson completed his treble.
