LONG-SERVING Jubilee North End player Darren Fogg picks his select XI from the modern era of the club in the past eight years.
GOALKEEPER
Marcin Lubniewski
A brilliant keeper with great all-round ability. His size alone frightens forwards.
RIGHT BACK
Mark Randall
He is the butt of all the team jokes, but is as realiable as any defender around.
LEFT BACK
Jason Bannie
Our muscle man who always seems to have his shirt off! Jason loves a tackle and there aren't many who can get the better of him.
CENTRE BACK
Sam Kingston
'Skipper' is the best defender in Peterborough football at the moment. Exceptional in the air and blessed with great pace, he is a top player.
CENTRE BACK
Frank Gloster
'Big Frank' frightened the life out of me and I was in the same team - so God help opposition forwards.
MIDFIELD
Seth Twigden
The engine room of any team. He never stops running and has also chipped in with a few blockbusting goals in his time. Have to admit he is a shocking passer though!
MIDFIELD
Chris Brown jnr
Possesses excellent skills when he is sober and scored the best goal I've ever seen. He got the ball off our keeper, beat the entire opposition team and tapped it in.
MIDFIELD
Mark Baines
He's known as 'Boy Wonder' and it is easy to see why. Scores stacks of goals from midfield and has won everything in local football. Doesn't stop him always moaning though!
MIDFIELD
Jonathan Hands
'Nipper' is as quick as they come but has excellent football skills as well. Give him the ball and he makes things happen - even after loving a drink on a Saturday night.
STRIKER
Darren Cooper
The little ginger striker was a top forward for the club, scoring bucket-loads of goals. He was cracking in the air for someone so small and a champion at moaning at defenders.
STRIKER
Jamie Graham
Easily the best footballer of my era in Peterborough and a privilege to play in the same team as him. Outstanding individual and I'll never forget him scoring all seven goals when we beat Broadgate 7-6.
Substitutes:
Jason Doggett (defender): Great young talent and a great passer.
Glenn Kemp (striker): Another proven goalscorer
Lee Tyler (defender): Turns like a snail but an excellent defender when on his game.
