Blades set to field three first-teamers against Stamford

The most glamorous fixture this weekend is at the Vic Couzens Stadium where Dougie Keast's new look Stamford take on a Sheffield United XI.
The Blades have promised to bring three members of their first team squad to take on the Daniels in the 3pm contest.

Keast, who has signed a whopping 12 new players during the summer, said: "To attract a club of Sheffield United's stature is magni
ficent and I am really grateful to them for coming down.

"Training is obviously vitally important and has gone well, but all the players want to do is get a game under their belts."

Admission is match is £5 for adults, £3 concessions and £1 for 11-15 year-olds. Under 11s are admitted free.

Stamford are offering a special pre-season ticket which costs £15 for adults and £10 for concessions and gives entry to the home friendlies against Sheffield United, King's Lynn, Crawley and Soham.

Deeping Rangers, who have won both their friendlies to date, entertain Ridgeons League Premier Division champions Soham at Outgang Road.

March face a busy weekend of two friendlies. The Hares go to Littleport today and then host Soham on Monday.

Wisbech have their first outing under new boss Steve Taylor when they travel to Boston Town.

Huntingdon Town are at Peterborough League side Deeping Sports tonight.

Fixtures:

Tonight: Deeping Sports v Huntingdon Town.

Tomorrow: Yaxley v Histon Res, Boston Town v Wisbech, Stamford v Sheff Utd, Oundle v Blackstones, Littleport v March, March v Soham (Mon).
