Panthers hoping a reshuffle can bring improved results

TEAM boss Trevor Swales will attempt to trigger an upturn in fortunes by shuffling his Panthers pack.
Speaking in the wake of a 52-41 loss at Belle Vue last night, Swales revealed plans to tweak the riding line-up ahead of two crunch home clashes.
Swales will swap second strings Henning Bager and Claus Vissing around before Panthers host the Aces on Thursday and then face basement boys Wolverhampton the following week.
Bager has struggled at number two and Swales hopes he can form a successful new pairing with Kenneth Bjerre while Vissing will now partner skipper Hans Andersen.
Swales also confirmed the club have no intention of dropping Bjerre despite the Dane appearing some way short of his best after breaking a femur last month.
Swales said: "Things are not happening for us with the current line-up so hopefully Claus going to number two and Henning to four will trigger a bit of improvement in certain areas."
"We swapped riders round a fair bit during the 2006 season when we won the title and had plenty of benefit from it that year."
And Swales also hopes to end his long search for a new reserve rider once the new green sheet averages come into effect today.
Panthers don't qualify for new averages themselves after not riding the required number of home and away meetings before the mid-June deadline.
Swales added: "I am frantically looking around for a new rider to come in at reserve to replace Henrik Moller and will be keeping a close eye on what unfolds from today when some teams see their averages change."
