Panthers hoping Bees win tonight

SPEEDWAY: Panthers are set to discover their Elite League fate tonight.
The city side need Coventry to triumph at Belle Vue to ensure they don't plummet back into the relegation zone and face a play-off against bottom side Wolverhampton.
Should the Aces win or draw a clash which fell victim to the weather last Monday, they will climb above Panthers and out of the bottom two.
It means Panthers are banking on a fine performance from a Coventry team led by their former skipper Hans Andersen.
The city-based Danish ace is in fine form currently. He added to his recent Italian GP triumph yesterday when winning the prestigious annual Golden Helmet meeting in Pardubice, Czech Republic.
Panthers rider Karol Zabik was one of the riders beaten by Andersen in the final of that event.
