Panthers facing anxious wait

Panthers face a nervous four-day wait to discover their Elite League fate.
The Peterborough side jumped out of the danger-zone by crushing basement boys Wolverhampton 56-37 at the Showground last night in their final meeting of the regular season.
But if Belle Vue beat Coventry in their final outing on Monday, Panthers will drop back in the bottom two and face a crunch relegation play-off against Wolves.
And if that does prove to be the case, team boss Trevor Swales has warned his men to guard against complacency.
Swales said: "Yes we beat Wolverhampton well, but I felt they grew in stature during the meeting and the final score didn't reflect how well they rode.
"We certainly can't take anything for granted if we have to face them again because no team is going to want to lose in the relegation play-off.
"Of course we don't want to be involved in those meetings and we now have to bank on Coventry doing us a big favour."
