Jubilant manager Darren Ferguson enjoyed his best day in management after goals from George Boyd and Craig Mackail-Smith secured a 2-0 win in front of a crowd in excess of 13,000.

Ferguson said: "It was a great day for the club and the city to beat a team like Leeds and we will gain tremendous self-belief from the result.
"It was a fantastic all-round display. We were solid and kept our concentration superbly at the back while our attacking play was outstanding at times.
"But it's gone now. We are still only ninth when I wanted to be in a play-off position at this stage and we have two big games that I want to win this week."
