Barry Fry has been frustrated in his attempts to off-load another player on the Posh exit-list after Danny Blanchett rejected a move to Blue Square Premier side Weymouth.
Blanchett, who has also been tracked by Oxford, is reluctant to drop out of the league.

Fry added: "Danny is desperate to stay in the league if at all possible, but Weymouth are still a level higher than he was playing at when we picked him up.

"Danny wants to give it a bit more time and see if anything else materialises."

Newly-promoted Blue Square North side King's Lynn are the only club to show an interest in striker Danny Crow since he snubbed a move to Rotherham.
