A festive poetry evening will take place at Central Library on December 21.
The Winter Solstice Poetry and Pies evening will take place at the John Clare Theatre from 7.30pm to 9pm on Friday, December 21, to celebrate the shortest day of the year.
The event will include refreshments, including mince pies.
