How the league works:

  • Top four teamsqualify for the play-offs.
  • At semi-final stage first and second placed teams have home advantage in one-off meetings: 1st play 4th, 2nd play 3rd.
  • Elite League Championship Grand Final is played over two-legs.
  • Bottom two teamsplay-off over 2 legs. Loser races against Premier League play-off winners to decide promotion and relegation places.
