Peterborough MP Stewart Jackson: Queen sets us a shining example
On Sunday, it was fantastic to see the Mall lined with 10,000 albeit rain-sodden charity workers at The Patron’s Lunch. The Queen used her speech to pay tribute to their “commitment, selfless devotion and generosity of spirit”, thanks which could equally be mirrored back to Her Majesty for all she has done for our nation and the Commonwealth.
The Queen sets us all a shining example of hard work and community-focus in her dedication to our nation. The Queen’s faithful devotion to the United Kingdom throughout her reign has shown her to be a true representative for our great and democratic country.
God bless the Queen and Great Britain!
