Update: Wraps come off at £1m restaurant in Peterborough city centre
After months of refurbishment works, Peterborough's newest restaurant - Cote Brasserie - opened for business today (Monday), giving city diners their first glimpse of the £1m bistro.
The £1m Parisian-style Cote Brasserie, a converted bank in Church Street, has created around 50 jobs.
Côte Restaurants CEO, Alex Scrimgeour says, “Our location places us right in the heart of the action; amongst old buildings with striking features, but also modern retail and fashionable restaurants. We are excited to be bringing something new to the area, offering further choice to this already thriving city. We feel confident that our combination of warm and welcoming service, simple, freshly prepared French food, and excellent value for money will be popular in Peterborough.”
