HARD-WORKING pupils at Prince William School clinched some outstanding A level results this year – with 46 per cent gaining grade As and Bs.
The overall pass rate at the school in Oundle was 99 per cent.

The year was also marked by some remarkable performances by individual pupils.

David Cunningham, Syan Dulai, William Povey and Chris Whight all achieved four grade As at A2 level and one A at AS Level. Sophie Hayes and Steven Wildman each gained four grade As.

Candidates awaiting Oxbridge places were also successful, achieving the results required to get onto the course of their choice.

Deputy headteacher Jonathan Culshaw said: "The sixth form has had an outstanding year and there is a real culture of enjoyment and success.

"We are delighted for our students, many of whom have secured their first choice university places."
