Orton church holding a quiz night

St Mary's Church, in Orton Waterville, is holding the quiz on Friday, 21 November, at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £3.50 for adults and £1 for children, which includes light refreshments, but people are invited to bring their own drink.

Tickets for the quiz can be bought in advance by calling 01733 231815.




Homework can be done at club

PUPILS from schools around the area are being invited to attend a special homework club.

The club is run every Saturday, from 2pm to 3pm, at Orton Library, in Orton Goldhay.

Children can go along and use the computers to do their homework and print it off.

Have your say at meeting

A PUBLIC meeting of Goldhay Horseshoe Residents Association is being held next week.

The meeting will take place at 7pm, on Wednesday, at the Goldhay Community Centre, in Paynels, Orton Goldhay.

Residents are invited to go along and listen to the guest speaker and give their views on the area.
