Evening Telegraph reporter Jonny Muir writes from Kandahar in Afghanistan during July 2008.
Equipped with helmet and flak jacket Evening Telegraph reporter Jonny Muir has flown into Afghanistan with personnel from 3 Squadron RAF Regiment, who are based at RAF Wittering, to see the work they are doing in this dangerous country.
