Police are appealing for witnesses after a lorry driver died in a crash on the A14 near Huntingdon on Monday, July 27.

Arthur Newall, 59, of Emily Street, Keighley in Bradford, died instantly after the lorry he was driving collided with another lorry, along with a Volkswagen Golf and a Vauxhall Corsa, on the A14 eastbound at Alconbury just before 4pm.

The driver of the other HGV was uninjured. The driver and passenger of one of the cars suffered minor injuries.

Anyone with information should call PC James Thorne in the road policing unit on 101.

Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone with dash-camera footage to make contact.
