A two-year-old boy was taken to Peterborough City Hospital after falling off a first floor window.

A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said they were called at 12.15pm on Friday, April 17 to Wheatdole, Orton Goldhay after a young boy suffered a fall.

The spokesman said the injuries were not thought to be life threatening or very serious and that the boy was taken by land ambulance to the hospital in Bretton.

Magpas Helimedix were pictured in a nearby grass area. A spokeswoman said they were called to an incident at 12.30 and assessed a two-year-old who was in a stable condition.
