Tuesday, 11.07am: A woman has today (16 April) been arrested after a cyclist was killed at a road junction near Peterborough.
Police have confirmed that the motorist has been released on bail until tomorrw (Wednesday).
The 50-year-old motorist was detained on suspicion of dangerous driving after the cyclist was in collision with an Audi car at Crowland, near
Peterborough, at 8.30am today (Sunday, April 14).
Police said the cyclist, a 57-year-old man who lived locally, was pronounced dead at the scene on the B1166.
Witnesses are urged to contact police on 101.
