Commuters have the chance to put their questions and comments to the top managers of Virgin East Coast Trains in Peterborough this afternoon, Thursday September 17.
The heads of the train company will be on the Peterborough Train Station Concourse from 4.30pm until 7.30pm for passengers to give their views and have queries answered on anything from ticket prices to wi-fi.
A spokesman for Virgin Trains said: “We love talking to you, our customers, to hear your thoughts and suggestions and to answer your questions.
“So, we’ve arranged events at various train stations across our Network and some events on board our trains, where you will get the chance to talk to us face to face and give us some “Straight Up” feedback.
“There will be a mix of Virgin Trains East Coast staff, National Rail staff and some other Train Operating Companies as well, so you should be able to get an answer to almost anything.
“And if we can’t answer you there and then, give us your contact details and we promise to get back to you when we do know.”
