Your comments astound me. Back when non-league teams beat top teams and games like Hereford and Newcastle happened there wasn’t the gulf in class like there is now.

Chelsea buy their players from around the world. Look how many they have out on loan. Chelsea’s third team should wipe the floor with Bradford City.

Back in the day you are talking about the playing field was much more even.

The FA Cup is all about potential upsets. Aren’t we sick of seeing overpaid Premiership teams on the TV?

Well done Bradford City - biggest FA Cup shock ever.

Mark Hattersley.

The ‘dreadful’ programme as you called Match of the Day recorded its highest viewing figures of the football season so far last weekend by over a million viewers!

I think It is reasonable to assume that Bradford City and their achievements against Chelsea may well have had something to do with that.

A poll on MOTD showed 77% of viewers agreed that Bradford’s win was the biggest FA Cup shock of all time and 88% of those who took part in a poll in the Daily Mirror want Bradford’s next tie to be shownn live on TV.

Philip Bredon

Bradford on TV? Yes please. Far better than watching Posh!

So what if the big clubs don’t take the FA Cup seriously. A Cup Final between Cambridge and Bradford would be fantastic.

Excellent World of Sport article last week. Have to agree with it all especially the item regarding the need for Posh to play Luke James.
