Peterborough College of Adult Education is inviting people to treat themselves to a detox on of their new courses.

Peterborough College of Adult Education is inviting people to treat themselves to a detox on of their new courses.On February 6, the college, in Brook Street, is holding sessions on a variety of subjects to help people make a fresh new start in 2010.

The programmes are for adults and families and include first steps into the Alexander Technique and aromatherapy for common health problems, food for fitness, Indian head massage, Reiki energy healing. There will also be sewing tips workshops and Arabic lessons.

There are also courses on learning French with the family, The Thames: Outrages and Oddities, food safety in catering and first aid for people working with young children.

For families, there is the chance to find out about how to cook as a family and healthy eating.

Course and materials are free, but there is a 5 administration fee per adult.
