Peterborough United stars will be on hand to help festive shoppers wrap their Christmas gifts.
Today (Thursday 10 December) at 3pm, the Queensgate Shopping Centre gift wrapping service will welcome two very special guests as Peterborough United’s Gabriel Zakuani and Kgosi Ntlhe roll up their sleeves for charity.
The players will be wrapping presents for the people of Peterborough in order to raise vital funds for Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice and Bloodwise, Queensgate’s Charity of the Year.
Zakuani rejoined POSH as centre back in 2014 after a spell in the Greek Super League.
South-African born defender Kgosi Ntlhe joined Posh at the age of 16, and has been a regular at left-back.
Mark Broadhead, Centre Director at Queensgate Shopping Centre, said: “We’re thrilled that Gabriel and Kgosi are generously giving their time to help out with the gift wrap.
““It is raising money for two great causes, and hopefully the added star quality will give the service a real boost.”
The gift wrapping service runs during centre hours from Thursday through to Sunday every week until it becomes daily from Monday 14 December until Christmas Eve.
