What did Marco Cereste's hand gesture mean?

Many will be familiar with the finger symbol made popular in heavy metal culture and often seen at rock concerts. It is commonly referred to as ‘devil horns’ - but is the sign really satanic?

Well, no. It would be ridiculous to suggest Marco is making such a gesture.

So what does it say?

Marco could simply be using the symbol, as used at many music concerts, to say ‘rock on, I’m back.’

Another interpretation is taken from American Sign Language and means ‘I love you,’ often used by Obama - although for this you would normally extend your thumb too.
