A stirring image of community leaders coming together in the wake of the Westminster terror attack was captured at Peterborough Town Hall yesterday afternoon (Thursday, March 23).

In a poignant show of solidarity members of several faith and community groups visited the Mayor’s Parlour to sign a Book of Condolence.

Joining them was the Deputy Mayor of Peterborough, Councillor Keith Sharp.

The book was opened yesterday to members of the public.

Cambridgeshire police also held a minute’s silence yesterday to pay tribute to the victims of the attack.

So far four people have died, as well as the perpetrator, while many have been injured.
