Lindum came in at 38th position and Coloplast was ranked 78th.

Simon Gregory, Lindum Group director, said “Being named as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK is impressive to say the least but as a construction company where many of our employees are working on building sites, during the winter months, when the survey takes place, it is even more refreshing.

“This year is the 13th time we have been named in the Top 100 and, with over 600 employees performing a diverse range of job roles, it is never something we take for granted.”

Coloplast HR director Birgitte Brink Felding said they were proud to be recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK.

She said: “At Coloplast, we believe in creating life-changing products and services for people living with difficult health conditions. We know when we do a good job, it can transform a customer’s life.

“This award recognises the hard work and commitment Coloplast employees put into making our products and services so successful.”

In the past year Coloplast has created 30 jobs in the UK.
