This is the bizarre moment a man strips nude and sets his joggers on fire around his ankles - while performing a chicken dance.
The ‘unique’ footage was captured on a petrol station forecourt as staff quickly try and extinguish the flames.
The naked man, believed to be in his 20s, quickly strips down to his jogging bottoms and lights a streak of petrol with a lighter.
He then pulls his pants down to his ankles while still alight and does a form of chicken dance while waving his arms in the air.
As the three-minute long footage continues to unravel into the realms of the extraordinary, the police arrive to calm the situation.
But the man pulls one of the pumps out all the way before the footage ends with a cop pulling him to the floor
The man’s pal Jamie Peacock, 24, who wanted to protect the identity of his friend, was there at the time of the 2am shenanigans and couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
Speaking about the incident, bricklayer Jamie said: “I told him to be careful otherwise he’d have set his bush [pubes] on fire - he needs to get it [pubes] chopped off.
“I thought it was just hilarious - I couldn’t believe it when he went full starkers [nude].”
The CCTV footage was recorded at a Shell garage in Hunslet, on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorks, on August 23.
West Yorkshire Police say the man was arrested at around 2am - but was later released without charge.
Speaking about the incident, Jamie said: “We had been coming back from town [Leeds] in a taxi, but decided to stop off at the petrol station and get some cigs first.
“All we were doing was having a few beers and we decided to get some cigarettes.
“I think the shop assistant must have said something to upset him or something.
“I got mine and went to the left of the camera, away from the petrol, to light up.
“The next day I woke up and remembered what he did, so I went back to the petrol station to see if he had the footage.
“I just think he did it for a laugh, we were loving it watching.”
Jamie says at no point did he think that his mate was going to take his own life - or blow the petrol station up.
He added: “I just think he was doing it for a laugh, to show off like, not to harm himself.
“He’s renowned for doing stupid stuff like this.”
