PETERBOROUGH'S Queensgate shopping centre has announced it will be opening on Boxing Day for the first time in its 25 year history. It is hoped the tills will be jingling on December 26 as shoppers take the unique opportunity to bag a bargain before the New Year sales take hold.

Popular sales store Next will not be open on the 26th, but will open at 5am on the 27th.
