The 37-year-old was taken to hospital after it is thought he was involved in an assault with another man at around 9pm on Saturday, January 5 near to the hairdressers on The Crescent, Spalding.

The man was taken to hospital the following day with a head injury and enquiries are ongoing to establish if his injuries are linked to the assault.

The male who Police would like to speak to is described as tall, white, of a muscular build, with short curly hair and in his mid 40s. He was with a female described as small, of thin build, with long dark hair, also in her mid 40s.
