A house suffered damage in a fire in Eye, near Peterborough, yesterday afternoon (Friday).
Firefighters from Stanground and Dogsthorpe were called to the incident at about 4.30pm in Chancery Close.
Four firefighters used breathing apparatus, hose reels and a CO2 extinguisher to put out the blaze which took about half an hour.
They returned to their stations at about 5pm.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said the cause of the fire was accidental.
