The 20-year-old glamour girl wants you to notice them - they are her biggest assets - and cost her 8,000.

And Kelly, from Whaplode St Catherine's, near Holbeach, doesn't begrudge spending a single penny of it.

For she says her two breast enlargement operations that took her 30B chest up to a 30F have given the her confidence to win her battle against two eating disorders.

Kelly said: "I had anorexia from the age of 11 and no matter how much weight I lost I never thought I was thin enough. And by the time I was 15 this had developed into bulimia. The doctors said I would stunt my growth and not be able to develop boobs properly.

"I don't know why I developed these eating disorders, because I had a happy childhood it was just I always wanted to be super slim but to have big boobs too.

"By the time I was 16 I had started modelling, but I really wasn't happy with my boobs. They weren't really tiny, but I just didn't think I looked like a woman. I felt older in my head than I really was, so I wanted a woman's body to match."

When Kelly was 18 she started researching cosmetic surgery on the internet and in magazines and eventually decided to go to the Belvedere Clinic in London.

Kelly's first boob job took her bra size from a 30B to a 30DD.

She said: "I had seen thousands of bad boob jobs, where women had had east and west facing boobs, and I knew I really didn't want that. So I did as much research as I could to find the right place. The Belvedere was more expensive than some 4,000 to have implants put in but I wanted my new boobs to look natural and not to go hard like some girls I'd seen.

"The thing that convinced me was they didn't try to talk me into surgery they tried to talk me out of it and only agreed to perform the operation after I had convinced them I was unhappy and depressed enough with the way I was.

"The surgeon talked about the things that could go wrong. I could have lost sensation in my nipples, the implants could have gone hard or the stitches could have torn.

"But even though I was scared I thought the end result would make it all worth it.

"When it actually came down to having the operation I was terrified I'd never had a general anaesthetic before.

"My fella, Christian, came with me, and after the operation I thought I was in a nightmare.

"I was bandaged and throwing up, and I couldn't come round properly. I kept waking up and passing out again. I remember thinking at one point 'Am I dead?'

"I had tubes in my chest draining away the blood and gunge and it was really painful when they pulled them out. But I slept the whole day and the next morning I felt fine. I couldn't wait to get the bandages off."

That morning Kelly went back to the home she now shares with fiance Christian Stanberry (21), who she has been engaged to for four years, and her dad and brother, who are both called Paul.

She said she couldn't wait to pull on a tight top and show her "new boobs" off to the world.

She said: "I was really happy. It made me feel like a proper woman.

"I started eating so the rest of my body would fill out. I felt much more confident and after six months the scars had completely disappeared. And it really helped my modelling I got far more jobs.

"I loved the way I looked and would stare at myself in shop windows and mirrors. And the best thing was they felt and looked so natural."

However the novelty soon wore off and almost exactly two years after her first operation Kelly returned to the clinic.

She said: "Although I was happy with them they weren't big enough. They still had a gap between them. I wanted to have the sort of cleavage you get when you wear a Wonderbra when I didn't have a bra on. So I went back to the clinic to speak to the surgeon. He said I was mad to want them done again. But at the end of the day it's my body and I'm the one that has to live with it. If I'm not happy, then its up to me if I want to change it and I did.

"That was when I found out about the Discovery Health documentary on cosmetic surgery.

"I was asked if I minded taking part and I said I didn't but I didn't get any money off because of it. The second operation still cost me 4,000."

It meant that camera crews followed Kelly from her next consultation right through until after she had her operation although not when she was in recovery after the op.

She said: "I woke up screaming in pain. It felt like I had ten breeze blocks on my chest and I couldn't breathe. But then I was given pain relief and I felt a lot better.

"At first when I saw them I didn't think they looked any bigger but then when I saw them in the flesh I was really happy. I think that is it for boob jobs for now although I'll never say never. At the moment I'm happy, but who knows how I will feel in the future.

"Christian loves them, although he loved them before I had surgery. But I didn't do it for him, I did it for me.

"I'm not going to get obsessive about it like Jordan I think her boobs look silly.

"But then if she is happy that is all that matters.

"And I wouldn't rule out other cosmetic surgery either, such as a facelift or botox in the future. If, when I am older I still feel young inside, but I look old and wrinkly on the outside, why shouldn't I do something about it?

"I'm only 20 so I don't think I need anything like liposuction at the moment, as I can easily exercise off my Christmas fat. But come back to me in 20 years' time, I'll probably have had loads of things done!"

A tabloid model at sweet 16

KELLY Bell first hit the headlines back in 1999 after she won a competition in The Daily Sport to become a topless model at the age of 16.

After leaving school in Holbeach, with nine GCSEs, at first Kelly said she wanted to become a personal fitness trainer.

But friends and family said she had what it takes to be a model, so the blonde beauty decided to send her photograph to the tabloid.

She sent in a photograph of herself fully clothed and staff at the newspaper were so impressed they sent a photographer round to see her.

She said: "The story they wrote to accompany my picture said I had the best boobs for a 16-year-old. I was really nervous when the photographer asked me to take my top off, but he was really nice. He was very professional, put me at my ease and wasn't sleazy at all. He didn't keep staring at my boobs, he just took the pictures."

Since then Kelly, now 20, has appeared topless in other newspapers, has presented on satellite stations such as Men and Motors and Playboy TV, has posed topless for calendars and has appeared in a number of adult magazines.

She has also done promotional work for motorbike and car shows.

Kelly said: "I wanted to cover every sort of modelling, although I wouldn't do proper hard-core pornography. My mum and dad have always supported me in whatever I have done, and Christian and I have been together since before I even started modelling.

"He thinks its fantastic and knows he is the only man for me. At the end of the day I could live in London and going out partying all the time, but I don't want to. I'm more homely, my ideal night would be a night in with my fella. "

However Kelly's real dream is to one day be famous for her voice, not her body.
