Letter: At last – a chance to have a say on the EU - 04/02/10

Hooray! the election is not far away.

Hooray! the election is not far away. The people of Peterborough will have their say which way to vote, if you are not sure listen to me and I will tell you the score.

EU Bureaucrats 7 - 3 UK Spineless Politicians.

Let me explain. Over 70 per cent of the laws that effect all aspects of our daily lives are forced upon us by an unelected EU Committee.

The UK is now controlled by an ex-unelected EU bureaucrat (yes, you've got it, 'M' – but not the one from James Bond) and our shadow of a Prime Minister.

That's the bad news.

This is the good news.

When this spring election takes place you will have the chance to vote on our membership of the EU.

Watch this space.
