Can anyone else remember a lorry stopping in Peterborough's old bus station car park that had a dead whale on board?!

Can anyone else remember a lorry stopping in Peterborough's old bus station car park that had a dead whale on board?!

It must have been early '70s and quite a crowd came to see it, although the smell was awful! I would be interested to hear from anyone who can also remember it.
