Shine CEO, Kate Steele said: “What a great start to our golden year! It was so important to acknowledge the achievements of Shine over 50 golden years, and to meet so many members, in such a beautiful venue.
“Having the presence of our Patron, who has been such a support over the years, made this an extra special event.”
Shine Chairman, Richard Astle added: “So much has been achieved by the charity during the last 50 years.
“The service and support it provides is vital so if you are able to help us during 2016 to make sure this is a year to remember then we would very much appreciate the support.”
