More than 30 apartments including three luxury penthouse suites with stunning views across Peterborough have just gone on sale.

The stylish apartments have been created over six floors in a £4.3 million regeneration of the 1960s’ Hereward Tower, in Broadway.

The sale of the apartments, which includes three top level penthouses, was launched by developers FW Properties.

Each of the tower’s six existing floors will offer four two bedroom apartments and one single bedroom apartment.

The newly constructed top floor penthouse apartments each offer more than 1,000 square feet of breath-taking accommodation.

Julian Wells, director of FW Properties, said: “We are delighted to launch the sale of these apartments in one of the fastest growing cities in the UK.

“Located at the heart of this bustling city centre, the Hereward Tower is an ideal location for a new home.”

Councillor John Holdich, leader of Peterborough City Council, said: “This development is great news for Peterborough.

“At a time when the city is seeing huge investment in both infrastructure and leisure facilities, the Hereward Tower regeneration project plays a key part in continuing to put Peterborough on the map.”

The apartments will be marketed by Hurfords Estate Agents.

The tower used to be the offices of the Inland Revenue. Four years ago £7 million plan was unveiled to convert the tower into bedsits for hundreds of students.
