Have a say on health trust plans
RESIDENTS are being urged to have their say on a health service’s proposals to become an NHS Foundation Trust.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services is aspiring to become a trust and is looking for people to have their say on the plans.
The organisation provides community healthcare services across the county, including Bourne, Spalding, Stamford and the Deepings, to support people so they do not need to stay in hospital.
It started a consultation about the change on January 16 and will finish it on April 16.
An information event will also be held at the Business and Conference Centre, Spalding Grammar School, Priory Road, Spalding on February 1 between 6.30pm and 8pm and at Stamford Town Hall on Tuesday, March 13 between 5pm and 7pm.
For more information about the plans, and to respond to the consultation, visit their website at www.lincolnshirecommunityhealthservices.nhs.uk
Residents can also take part in the consultation by contacting the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0845 602 4384.
