PETERBOROUGH-based DJ LektroiD is riding high in the dance charts with his track Solar Storm.Going by his real name Richard Elliott, the DJ has reached the top of the Street Sounds electro charts.

One lucky reader can win two CDs, one featuring Solar Storm, which have been kindly supplied by electro-pioneer Morgan Khan's Street Sounds Music.

Richard Elliott has had a love of electronics and music since childhood.

He has since had lots of success as a producer, releasing many singles in various genres of electronic music throughout the 1990s up until the present day.

It's hoped that LektroiD will be back in Peterborough soon, to perform at one of the Mash nights which have just started up at Club 24, in Lincoln Road.
