Peterborough Telegraph

The Peterborough Telegraph newspaper, previously The Evening Telegraph ('ET'), is based in Peterborough city centre.

The paper was established in 1948 and is published by East Midlands Newspapers Ltd, part of Johnston Press plc.

The newspaper is published in print once a week on a Thursday and serves the people of greater Peterborough and the surrounding towns and communities.

Our coverage area ranges from Spalding in the north to Huntingdon in the south and Oundle in the west to Wisbech in the east.

The Peterborough Citizen, a free title, is also published weekly and distributed across the city.

Peterborough Today

We provide regularly updated local news and information through the Peterborough Today website, which has been online since the end of 2000 with over 200,000 unique visitors viewing over 2 million pages every month (Source: WebTrends, average monthly during 2012).

Our policy is to take an objective view of local issues while continuing to reflect the interests and concerns of the community we serve.

We try to avoid errors, but sometimes mistakes slip through the net during the hectic process of producing a weekly newspaper and rolling online content.

We will correct these promptly and, where appropriate, publish a clarification or apology.
